Pre-service science teachers’ processes of establishing simple electric circuits

The aim of this research is to identify pre-service science teachers’ experiences during the simple electrical circuit establishment process, points they were challenged with, and developed strategies used against challenges experimenting with process. In study, embedded single case which one qualitative methods, was used. two weeks tertiary level Physics Laboratory-2 course, each lasted 1, 5 hours long. 16 female freshman students participated in study voluntarily. laboratory, performed their experiments four groups. laboratory environment recorded camera, group had audio recorder. video recordings sound then synchronized evaluated together, descriptive analysis conducted. first week, necessary experimental materials explained detail made serial parallel circuits resistances, measurements ammeter voltmeter. second required set up different can be done 3 resistors, make current potential difference these circuits. results presented three main headings.
